Bufferbloat was named by Jim Gettys of Bell Labs, who has become our chief defender against the scourge, attempting to coordinate what’s become a global response to the problem.
Linux 3.3 isn’t the total solution to bufferbloat but it’s a big step, particularly for servers.

Evidence suggests more companies with high growth potential are started by younger entrepreneurs while older entrepreneurs start "safer" businesses with immediate cash flows, but lower growth. "We tend to see older entrepreneurs in sectors were they have gained, say, 10, 20 years of experience and then they realize their space needs disruption. You see that often, say, in regulated markets or enterprise software."
